I won't pretend to be good enough to recommend the exact tactics, but you do what it takes to get away. Once clear, then you call the cops and tell them what happened (innocents retreat; the guilty run). Have anyone in the car record the entire event and do spotting for you, and make sure (if you can) that the videos get downloaded to a private part of the cloud, and that your device can't log into it without you (since it will become evidence).

I will admit to a bit of hyperbole, but not much.

Multiple targets within 5 feet is pretty much a "you're doomed" fighting scenario (unless you're Bruce Lee and writing the script); the car is the only thing that would have enough power to get out of the problem. I agree with this. Which is why you ventilate the first two guys to get within 20 feet of you. The crowd then gets to make a life choice while it listens to them gurgle.

Ironic how the new Dark Knight Rises trailer basically comes off as prophetic for what is waiting for our own country. It's as if I can hear someone say "war is coming, and we won't be able to stop it all from burning." Discussions on race seem to override everything as I just had someone who I went to church with throughout middle school and high school drop me from FB because I talked about Zimmerman in a positive light (and despite being as cordial about it as possible). We're in trouble here and I wonder when that match will strike.

See my post above. They had a whole campaign set up ready to go and were simply awaiting the great white defendant. Since no actual white surfaced when they needed to launch, they used Zimmerman - a mestizo with 1/8 black ancestry. It's worked as planned anyway since the Ministry of Truth meme of 'white-hispanic murders unarmed black child with skittles, white racism to blame' has been broadcast for weeks without end, endorsed by D'Won himself. Soros, Bloomberg and the usual suspects have already initiated their legal assault on 'stand-your-ground' and 'castle-doctrine' laws nationwide. Republicans and "conservatives" are already putting up their brave Sir Robin defense (retreating) on the issue.
Suddenly everyone is treating these stories as if they are some shocking new phenomenon and portends of imminent doom. I'm not buying it.
